Thank you for choosing Vermeil Vibe. Each piece is carefully prepared and packed with intention — from our studio to your doorstep. Below, you'll find all the details about how and when your order will arrive.
📦 Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 3–4 business days, Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays). You will receive:
1. Order Confirmation Email — immediately after purchase.
2. Shipping Notification Email — once your order has been packed and handed to the carrier.
If your order is placed during a new collection launch, sale, or holiday period, please allow a few additional days for processing. We're a small team — every package is packed with care, not rushed.
🚚 Shipping Methods & Timeframes
We use USPS for all orders at this time. You’ll be able to choose your preferred shipping option at checkout (based on your delivery address).
United States
- Standard USPS Shipping: Typically delivers in 3–7 business days after processing.
International
- Standard International Shipping (USPS): Usually arrives within 7–21 business days, depending on the destination and your country’s customs process.
Please note that these delivery windows are estimated and not guaranteed — actual transit times may vary.

💨 Need Your Order Faster?
If you need expedited shipping, please email hello@vermeilvibe.com before placing your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate urgent or time-sensitive requests.
🧾 Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees (International Orders)
Customs policies vary widely. Depending on your country, you may be charged import duties, taxes, or handling fees when your package arrives.
These charges are:
- Not included in your order total or shipping fee.
- The responsibility of the recipient.
We cannot control or predict these costs, and we are not able to reimburse you for them.
📬 Tracking Your Order
Once your package is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Tracking will typically update within 24 hours.
If you haven’t received tracking after 4 business days, or if your tracking hasn’t updated for several days after shipment, feel free to email us — we’ll happily look into it for you.
📦 Missing or Delayed Deliveries
If your order status shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package:
1. Double-check your shipping address.
2. Check with neighbors or your building’s front desk.
3. Contact your local USPS office for further details.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed, but we’ll always do our best to assist. Please reach out to hello@vermeilvibe.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date if you need help investigating.
🔁 Incorrect Addresses or Returned Packages
Please ensure your shipping details are correct before completing your order.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll contact you to arrange re-shipment.
- Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
