Vermeil Vibe – Return & Exchange Policy

At Vermeil Vibe, we are committed to ensuring complete customer satisfaction. If you’re not entirely happy with your jewelry, we gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days from the date of delivery. To make the process easy, we offer a convenient automated returns portal and complimentary return labels for customers within the United States.


Return & Exchange Eligibility:

To qualify for a return or exchange, your item(s) must meet the following criteria:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition.
  • Jewelry must include all original packaging (boxes, pouches, authenticity cards, tags, etc.).
  • Items must not be customized, engraved, personalized, or altered.

Note: Personalized, engraved, and final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.


How to Initiate Your Return or Exchange:

We’ve simplified the process—no emails required! To start your return, use our automated returns portal:

  1. Start Your Return:
    Visit our online returns portal: [Insert Returns Portal Link].

  2. Enter Your Order Information:
    Provide your order number and email, then follow the simple prompts to select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.

  3. Print Your Return Label (U.S. Customers):
    For returns within the United States, we provide a complimentary prepaid return shipping label. Simply print the label, securely package your item(s), and drop the package off at your nearest shipping carrier location.

  4. International Returns:
    Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping method, as Vermeil Vibe is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.


Refund & Exchange Processing:

  • Refunds:
    Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, and you will receive confirmation via email.

  • Exchanges:
    Exchanges are processed within 5–7 business days upon receiving your returned item. The replacement item will be shipped to you free of charge within the United States.

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where an incorrect or defective item was received.


Defective or Incorrect Items:

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please initiate your return through our automated portal within 48 hours of receipt. Upload clear photos of the issue to help expedite the review and resolution process.


Late or Missing Refunds:

If your refund has not appeared within 7 business days after processing:

  • Check with your bank or payment provider regarding processing times.
  • Contact our customer support team for further assistance.
